Before launching USPropCare.com, Ahsan led TechnicianMarketplace.com, where he built and managed a workforce of over 20,000 licensed technicians and engineers, executing complex projects for Fortune 500 companies and top enterprise clients across the USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

At USPropCare, he combines deep hands-on experience in property remodeling, Airbnb hosting, and maintenance project management with cutting-edge AI systems, creating a unique, tech-enabled experience for absentee homeowners and rental property investors.

Abu Taher brings over 23 years of business leadership and international operations experience to his role as Director of Property & Client Services at USPropCare. As the head of our field operations and tenant services, Mr. Taher ensures smooth day-to-day property maintenance, efficient coordination with service teams, and prompt, professional communication with tenants and property owners.

Before co-founding USPropCare, Abu built a successful career managing financial operations and logistics for global clients. He worked closely with industrial groups and commercial importers, mastering the art of sourcing high-quality products and building long-term business relationships. His deep understanding of operations, negotiation, and customer service gives him a unique edge in handling both residential and multifamily property management needs.

With hands-on experience in construction and infrastructure projects through affiliations with firms like M/s. Udayan Builders (Bangladesh), Abu has a practical knowledge of building materials, contractor management, and property upkeep. His attention to detail and ability to oversee complex projects translate directly into how we care for every home under our management.

In addition to his role at USPropCare, Mr. Taher continues to serve as a strategic advisor and representative for several international companies, including firms in China, Italy, the UK, and Bangladesh.
